Welcome to Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals. We are a rental baby/toddler gear company located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, with a delivery radius of 30 miles. How does it work? Complete the contact form, reserve your rental, and we deliver. We offer equipment/gear all in a variety of brands (Kelty, Kolcraft, Graco, etc.) at a daily rental rate. Being that we do not have a storefront, we will deliver what you need directly to your vacation rental, private residence or hotel so that you can enjoy your time while traveling away. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. $15 delivery and pick up fee within Steamboat Springs  City limits, price will vary depending on location outside of the city limits. Please use the contact form to tell us more about your stay. We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to confirm your rental. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute reservations. If you don’t see something you need, let us know and we just may be able to supply it for you. Our products pass current child safety standards. Our company strives to provide your family with clean, quality equipment/gear to make your family's time away more enjoyable. 

Delivery and Pickup

Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals is a local business run out of our home, we do not have a storefront. As such, we are required by Colorado law to deliver and pickup products we rent to our customers. We are happy to provide this service as it allows a greater level of convenience to our customers who are visiting from out of town. $15 delivery and pickup fee within Steamboat Springs city limits, outside city limits depends on location. We look forward to working with you and helping to make your visit more relaxing!

Cancellation & Damage Policy

You can cancel an order at anytime up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. If we do not receive a cancellation prior to delivery, you will be charged the full amount. Any items returned damaged will be charged cost of replacement. We ask that you return the items in the condition you received them.
