Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions

This website is operated by Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals LLC. By visiting our site and/ or renting something from us, you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use our services. By placing an order you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms of service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals is a limited liability company organized and existing under the State of Colorado. All rental equipment/gear will remain the property of Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals at all times.

Your child's safety is the upmost important us. We continually monitor the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at
https://www.cpsc.gov to ensure our equipment/gear are not subject to recall.

Charges are determined based on equipment/gear rental and length of time for the rental. Renter will arrange delivery and pick up with Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals. A $25 late fee will be applied if equipment/gear is not available for pickup by 3 PM at end of rental. If rental is kept for an additional night than full amount will be charged. If renter wants to extend rental, 24 hours notice is required, based on availability of rental equipment/gear.

Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals shall make no reimbursement for unused rented equipment/gear.

Renter will return the rented equipment/gear in the same condition it was received. If items are returned damaged or need repairs, the renter will be charged the cost of the replacement or repair. Renter authorizes and permits Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals to charge the renters credit card the amount of the cost of replacement or repair. Renter shall not be liable for ordinary wear and tear that occurs with normal use of the rented equipment/gear.

All rented equipment/gear is throughly inspected and cleaned between each rental. Equipment/gear is disinfected, steam cleaned and stored in air tight containers.

Renter is renting the equipment/gear at their own risk and agrees not to hold Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals responsible for the risk of injury that may exist from the use or misuse of each piece of rental equipment/gear, including the potential risk of serious injury, disabilityor death. Renter understands the risks associated with the equipment/gear, has asked Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals about any risks and has obtained the information needed to understand these risks. Renter agrees to inspect the equipment/gear rented before using. Renter agrees that if a problem is determined while inspecting the equipment/gear they will contact Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals within allotted time sent in email at 785-218-7887. Renter is familiar with and knows how to operate equipment/gear and is taking full responsibility for using the equipment/gear. If the renter is unable to operate theequipment/gear the renter needs to notify Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals.

To the full extent permitted by law, the renter shall indemnify and hold Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals LLC, harmless against all claims, losses, damages, personal injury, death and expenses. Including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees and costs arising in any manner out of the rental or use of any rented equipment/gear provided by Yampa Valley Baby Gear Rentals, or the failure of the equipment/gear to function as intended.

Equipment/gear appearing on website are stock photos. Equipment/gear may be different than shown. The term "equipment/gear" is defined as but not limited to cribs, car seats, strollers, joggers, high chairs, pack and plays, toys, and more. The term "more" is referred to rental equipment/gear on
www.yampavalleybgrentals.com.
